Toyota Prius Vehicles have gone through a slight rise in their retail price recently. The prices for this particular model have risen.
The retail prices for Toyota Prius cars have increased during the last 6 months. The average price in April was of Rs. 57.25 lakhs. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at Rs. 55.99 lakhs during May. The average selling price has remained fairly constant during the following two months, going from Rs. 56.62 lakhs to Rs. 59.36 lakhs. The average price has had spectacular rise of 23 % with an average price of Rs. 57.99 lakhs during the previous 4 months and Rs. 71.37 lakhs during the most recent months in August and September.
The average price for Toyota Prius has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2016, the average price is Rs. 22.01 lakhs. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" (Rs. 12.33 lakhs) moving up till (Rs. 42.35 lakhs)in 2016. During the next two years (2017, 2018) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 100 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have experienced a depreciation of -6 % compared to the average prices for the previous 4 years. This has been obtained from prices from the the previous four years in a previous sample (Rs. 41.73 lakhs) and the the last two years analyzed (2019, 2020) with a price of Rs. 39.36 lakhs.

The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "50,000 - 100,000". It is 25% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "25,000 - 50,000" priced at Rs. 42.46 lakhs.

It´s price is 11 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Hybrid" with a price of Rs. 48.06 lakhs.
