Toyota Corolla Vehicles have experienced a considerable decrease in their selling price recently. This model has gone through a strong reduction in its selling price.
The selling price for Toyota Corolla cars has had a strong depreciation during the last 6 months we have studied. The average price in December was of Rs. 1.73 crores. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at Rs. 1.69 crores during January. The following two months the selling price went through a strong reduction of -16 % compared to the previous two months studied. In the last two months, the price has gone through a strong devaluation of -17 % compared to the 4 previous average values going down from Rs. 1.57 crores to Rs. 1.3 crores.
The average price for Toyota Corolla has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2015, the average price is Rs. 22.23 lakhs. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" (Rs. 21.48 lakhs) moving up till (Rs. 33.37 lakhs)in 2015. During the next two years (2016, 2017) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 46 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 8 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (Rs. 35.34 lakhs) and the the last two years that were studied (2018, 2019) with a price of Rs. 38.23 lakhs.
The graph that displays the price for Toyota Corolla cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "more than 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 87 % more affordable than the average price (Rs. 1.36 crores). Next with a price of Rs. 40.65 lakhs and a mileage range of "10,000 - 25,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "50,000 - 100,000". It is 34% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "25,000 - 50,000" priced at Rs. 59.06 lakhs.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Toyota Corolla cars points out to "Gas" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 90 % less expensive than the average market price (Rs. 1.36 crores) followed by "Hybrid" priced at Rs. 27.39 lakhs. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Petrol". It´s price is 4 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Diesel" with a price of Rs. 48.88 lakhs.
The graph showing the average price for Toyota Corolla cars displays those with 2 doors as the cheapest ones. They are 98 % more affordable than the average price (Rs. 1.36 crores). These are followed by those with 5 doors with an average price of Rs. 6.06 lakhs. Cars with the lowest price have 4 doors and are 85 % cheaper than the average previously displayed.
