Toyota Camry Vehicles have gone through a strong increase in their selling price recently. There has been a considerable inflation in the selling prices for this model.
The retail prices for Toyota Camry cars have gone through a strong rise during the last 6 months. During the first month analyzed in July the average price was Rs. 38.27 lakhs. August went through a strong inflation with a rise in the price till Rs. 49.92 lakhs. During the following two months (September, October) the average selling price rose somewhat going from Rs. 44.1 lakhs to Rs. 47.1 lakhs. In the last two, the price has gone through a -12 % devaluation compared to the previous average values going down from Rs. 45.6 lakhs to Rs. 39.96 lakhs during November and December.
The average price for Toyota Camry has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2004 and 2007, the average price is Rs. 29.85 lakhs. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2004 (Rs. 23.22 lakhs) moving up till (Rs. 34.84 lakhs)in 2007. During the next two years (2008, 2009) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 34 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 33 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (Rs. 59.3 lakhs) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2012, 2014) with a price of Rs. 78.59 lakhs.
The graph that displays the price for Toyota Camry cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "less than 10,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 49 % more affordable than the average price (Rs. 40.07 lakhs). Next with a price of Rs. 29.24 lakhs and a mileage range of "more than 200,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "50,000 - 100,000". It is 17% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "100,000 - 200,000" and a price of Rs. 41.13 lakhs.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Toyota Camry cars points out to "Petrol" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 18 % less expensive than the average market price (Rs. 40.07 lakhs) followed by "Hybrid" priced at Rs. 76.65 lakhs. On average the most expensive type of fuel is "Hybrid". It´s price is 91 % higher than the average market price followed by "Petrol" which costs Rs. 32.8 lakhs.
