During May there was a slight reduction in the selling prices dropping till Rs. 6.1 lakhs. The average selling price has remained fairly constant during the following two months, going from Rs. 6.37 lakhs to Rs. 6.23 lakhs. The average price has had spectacular rise of 29 % with an average price of Rs. 6.3 lakhs during the previous 4 months and Rs. 8.1 lakhs during the most recent months in August and September.
