Toyota Fortuner Vehicles have gone through a slight rise in their retail price recently. The prices for this particular model have risen.
The retail prices for Toyota Fortuner cars have increased during the last 6 months. The average price in June was of Rs. 1.5 crores. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at Rs. 1.54 crores during July. During the following two months (August, September) the average selling price rose somewhat going from Rs. 1.52 crores to Rs. 1.61 crores. The average price has risen 9 % during the last two months. This result was obtained based on the price for the first four months (PRECIO1!) and the price (Rs. 1.71 crores) during October and November.
The average price for Toyota Fortuner has gone through a significant depreciation in recent years. During the first sample analyzed, going from 2013 to 2019, the average price was Rs. 39.52 lakhs. Please take note of of the significant depreciation in the prices between 2013 (Rs. 65.89 lakhs) and 2019 (Rs. 15.86 lakhs). During the next two years the average price(Rs. 37.62 lakhs) has hardly changed, remaining at a constant value compared to the previous period. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have experienced a depreciation of -8 % compared to the average prices for the previous 4 years. This has been obtained from prices from the the previous four years in a previous sample (Rs. 34.91 lakhs) and the the last two years analyzed (2022, 2023) with a price of Rs. 32.21 lakhs.
The graph that displays the price for Toyota Fortuner cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "25,000 - 50,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 74 % more affordable than the average price (Rs. 1.61 crores). Next with a price of Rs. 42.53 lakhs and a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "less than 10,000". It is 35% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "50,000 - 100,000" priced at Rs. 90.19 lakhs.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Toyota Fortuner cars points out to "Petrol" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 53 % less expensive than the average market price (Rs. 1.61 crores) followed by "Diesel" priced at Rs. 87.51 lakhs. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Diesel". It´s price is 46 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Petrol" with a price of Rs. 75.81 lakhs.
