During November there was a slight reduction in the selling prices dropping till Rs. 33.42 lakhs. The average selling price has remained fairly constant during the following two months, going from Rs. 34.37 lakhs to Rs. 32.69 lakhs. In the last two months, the price has gone through a strong devaluation of -67 % compared to the 4 previous average values going down from Rs. 33.53 lakhs to Rs. 10.94 lakhs.
