Mitsubishi Lancer Vehicles have gone through a strong increase in their selling price recently. There has been a considerable inflation in the selling prices for this model.
The retail prices for Mitsubishi Lancer cars have gone through a strong rise during the last 6 months. The average price in August was of Rs. 12.49 lakhs. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at Rs. 12.58 lakhs during September. During the following two months (October, November) the average selling price experienced a noticeable rise, going up 16 % from Rs. 12.54 lakhs to Rs. 14.55 lakhs. The average price has had spectacular rise of 146 % with an average price of Rs. 13.54 lakhs during the previous 4 months and Rs. 33.33 lakhs during the most recent months in December and January.
The average price for Mitsubishi Lancer has remained constant in recent years. During the first sample analyzed ("before 2000" - 2015), the average selling price stood at Rs. 16.58 lakhs. During this time, the price for "before 2000" which was Rs. 16.55 lakhs decreased to Rs. 15.5 lakhs during 2015. Cars belonging to the model aforementioned had a price deflation of -10 percent in the next two years (2016, 2017) compared to the previous two years. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 19 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (Rs. 18.45 lakhs) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2018, 2019) with a price of Rs. 22.03 lakhs.

They are 75 % more affordable than the average price (Rs. 33.16 lakhs). Next with a price of Rs. 10.4 lakhs and a mileage range of "25,000 - 50,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "50,000 - 100,000". It is 34% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "100,000 - 200,000" priced at Rs. 20.41 lakhs.

It´s price is 7 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Diesel" with a price of Rs. 12.86 lakhs.
