Suzuki Mehran Vehicles have gone through a slight rise in their retail price recently. The prices for this particular model have risen.
The retail prices for Suzuki Mehran cars have increased during the last 6 months. The average price for November is Rs. 10.99 lakhs. During December there was a slight reduction in the selling prices dropping till Rs. 10.43 lakhs. During the following two months (January, February) the average selling price experienced a noticeable rise, going up 34 % from Rs. 10.71 lakhs to Rs. 14.32 lakhs. In the last two, the price has gone through a -5 % devaluation compared to the previous average values going down from Rs. 12.51 lakhs to Rs. 11.83 lakhs during March and April.
The average price for Suzuki Mehran has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2015, the average price is Rs. 5.4 lakhs. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" (Rs. 3.61 lakhs) moving up till (Rs. 7.86 lakhs)in 2015. During the next two years (2016, 2017) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 68 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 7 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (Rs. 9.76 lakhs) and the the last two years that were studied (2018, 2019) with a price of Rs. 10.46 lakhs.
