Honda Civic Vehicles have gone through a slight decrease in their retail price recently. This model has gone through an overall fall in its selling price.
The selling price for Honda Civic cars has fallen during the last 6 months we have analyzed. The average price in March was of Rs. 1.09 crores. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at Rs. 1.12 crores during April. The following two months (May, June) the selling price went through a devaluation of -14 percent in the average selling price compared to the previous two months analyzed. In the last two, the price has gone through a -6 % devaluation compared to the previous average values going down from Rs. 1.03 crores to Rs. 96.4 lakhs during July and August.
The average price for Honda Civic has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2019, the average price is Rs. 28.94 lakhs. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" (Rs. 13.88 lakhs) moving up till (Rs. 61.83 lakhs)in 2019. During the next two years (2020, 2021) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 139 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 7 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (Rs. 74.67 lakhs) and the the last two years that were studied (2022, 2023) with a price of Rs. 80.1 lakhs.
The graph that displays the price for Honda Civic cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "more than 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 68 % more affordable than the average price (Rs. 99.12 lakhs). Next with a price of Rs. 67.26 lakhs and a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "10,000 - 25,000". It is 19% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "less than 10,000" priced at Rs. 78.97 lakhs.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Honda Civic cars points out to "Gas" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 92 % less expensive than the average market price (Rs. 99.12 lakhs) followed by "Hybrid" priced at Rs. 15.74 lakhs. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Petrol". It´s price is 2 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Hybrid" with a price of Rs. 15.74 lakhs.
