Land Rover Vehicles have gone through a strong increase in their selling price recently. There has been a considerable inflation in the selling prices for this model.
The retail prices for Land Rover cars have gone through a strong rise during the last 6 months. During the first month analyzed in November the average price was Rs. 45.88 lakhs. December went through a strong inflation with a rise in the price till Rs. 61.17 lakhs. The following two months the selling price went through a strong reduction of -17 % compared to the previous two months studied. The average price has had spectacular rise of 66 % with an average price of Rs. 48.97 lakhs during the previous 4 months and Rs. 81.4 lakhs during the most recent months in March and April.
The average price for Land Rover has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2006, the average price is Rs. 41.38 lakhs. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" (Rs. 19.34 lakhs) moving up till (Rs. 48.17 lakhs)in 2006. During the next two years (2008, 2010) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 54 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 73 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (Rs. 2.39 crores) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2018, 2019) with a price of Rs. 4.14 crores.
The graph that displays the price for Land Rover cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "more than 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 69 % more affordable than the average price (Rs. 97.98 lakhs). Next with a price of Rs. 43.71 lakhs and a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "10,000 - 25,000". It is 276% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "less than 10,000" and a price of Rs. 2.63 crores.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Land Rover cars points out to "Diesel" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 78 % less expensive than the average market price (Rs. 97.98 lakhs) followed by "Petrol" priced at Rs. 78.2 lakhs. On average the most expensive type of fuel is "Hybrid". It´s price is 328 % higher than the average market price followed by "Petrol" which costs Rs. 78.2 lakhs.
