Land Rover Vehicles have gone through a slight rise in their retail price recently. The prices for this particular model have risen.
The retail prices for Land Rover cars have increased during the last 6 months. During the first month analyzed in July the average price was Rs. 1.17 crores. August went through a strong inflation with a rise in the price till Rs. 1.43 crores. The following two months (September, October) the selling price went through a devaluation of -5 percent in the average selling price compared to the previous two months analyzed. During the last couple of months, the average price has hardly changed, remaining the same going from Rs. 1.27 crores to Rs. 1.25 crores during November and December.
The average price for Land Rover has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2004 and 2007, the average price is Rs. 61.84 lakhs. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2004 (Rs. 46.38 lakhs) moving up till (Rs. 83.33 lakhs)in 2007. During the next two years (2008, 2013) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 221 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 13 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (Rs. 2.28 crores) and the the last two years that were studied (2016, 2018) with a price of Rs. 2.58 crores.
The graph that displays the price for Land Rover cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "less than 10,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 72 % more affordable than the average price (Rs. 1.28 crores). Next with a price of Rs. 62.83 lakhs and a mileage range of "50,000 - 100,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "10,000 - 25,000". It is 249% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "25,000 - 50,000" and a price of Rs. 2.44 crores.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Land Rover cars points out to "Diesel" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 75 % less expensive than the average market price (Rs. 1.28 crores) followed by "Petrol" priced at Rs. 85.21 lakhs. On average the most expensive type of fuel is "Hybrid". It´s price is 259 % higher than the average market price followed by "Petrol" which costs Rs. 85.21 lakhs.
