The retail prices for Ford cars have gone through a strong rise during the last 6 months. During the first month analyzed in October the average price was Rs. 12.4 lakhs. November went through a strong inflation with a rise in the price till Rs. 14.97 lakhs. During the following two months (December, January) the average selling price experienced a noticeable rise, going up 20 % from Rs. 13.69 lakhs to Rs. 16.38 lakhs. The average price has had spectacular rise of 28 % with an average price of Rs. 15.03 lakhs during the previous 4 months and Rs. 19.32 lakhs during the most recent months in February and March.
The average price for Ford has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2006 and 2012, the average price is Rs. 35.55 lakhs. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2006 (Rs. 9.6 lakhs) moving up till (Rs. 61.5 lakhs)in 2012.
