Kia Forte Vehicles have had a price that has remained pretty much the same during the last months. The prices for this particular model have remained constant recently.
The selling prices for Kia Forte cars have remained constant in the last 6 months. The average price in October was of Rs. 6.35 lakhs. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at Rs. 6.53 lakhs during November. The average selling price has remained fairly constant during the following two months, going from Rs. 6.44 lakhs to Rs. 6.6 lakhs. In the last two, the price has gone through a -10 % devaluation compared to the previous average values going down from Rs. 6.52 lakhs to Rs. 5.89 lakhs during February and March.
The average price for Kia Forte has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2000 y 2001, the average price is Rs. 5.01 lakhs. There was a price inflation going from (Rs. 4.67 lakhs) to (Rs. 5.35 lakhs). During the next two years (2002, 2003), the average price went up 12 % moving from !PRECIO1! to Rs. 5.61 lakhs, During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 18 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (Rs. 6.82 lakhs) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2004, 2005) with a price of Rs. 8.04 lakhs.
