Toyota Vehicles have experienced a considerable decrease in their selling price recently. This model has gone through a strong reduction in its selling price.

The selling price for Toyota cars has had a strong depreciation during the last 6 months we have studied. In October the average price per vehicle is Rs. 3.76 crores. During November the price went trough a strong deflation till Rs. 2.65 crores. The following two months (December, January) the selling price went through a devaluation of -11 percent in the average selling price compared to the previous two months analyzed. The average price has had spectacular rise of 24 % with an average price of Rs. 3.04 crores during the previous 4 months and Rs. 3.77 crores during the most recent months in February and March.

Price per registration year

The average price for Toyota has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2020, the average price is Rs. 1.3 crores. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" (Rs. 61.41 lakhs) moving up till (Rs. 1.08 crores)in 2020. During the next two years (2021, 2022) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 21 %. During the last two years, the car industry has had a strong deflation in its selling prices of -31 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This has been obtained from analysing the prices for the the preceding four years in a previous sample (Rs. 1.2 crores) and the the last two years (2023, 2024) with a price of Rs. 83.29 lakhs.

Price per mileage

The graph that displays the price for Toyota cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "more than 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 76 % more affordable than the average price (Rs. 3.92 crores). Next with a price of Rs. 2.39 crores and a mileage range of "10,000 - 25,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "50,000 - 100,000". It is 20% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "less than 10,000" priced at Rs. 2.74 crores.

Price per fuel type

The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Toyota cars points out to "Gas" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 96 % less expensive than the average market price (Rs. 3.92 crores) followed by "Hybrid" priced at Rs. 94.27 lakhs. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Petrol". It´s price is 13 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Diesel" with a price of Rs. 1.74 crores.
